All in all beautiful and lovely setting close enough to Masonville Place for shopping, meals and movies, the beautiful grounds and London for the price. Also, quite close to downtown.

A perfect and quiet hotel, my first choice in London. Clean place to stay with excellent and amiable staff at reception desk. Ideal location in a very very nice area not far from downtown, the Central Park, and London for a friend's wedding. A huge variety of options for breakfast, astonishing pancakes and bacon. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Everything beautiful.

We recently stayed in a unique and wonderful hotel close to the University of Western Ontario, with beautiful grounds and a friendly staff. the location was perfect, as it was not far from the city center and the UWO campus. the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the suite was clean, comfortable. the breakfast was amazing, with a custom omelette bar and a vast selection of food. the hotel offered plenty of walking trails, outdoor sports courts, and a well-equipped fitness room.
The only negative aspect was the rain, but the hotel allowed us to check out later in view of the weather.

Staff was attentive and service oriented. 2 examples. We needed water around 10pm and were offered a choice of bottled water (with a charge), or a jug of tap water. We chose the latter and it came in a nice jug filled with ice. Later that night, we called the front desk to ask if the cot we added to the room had a locking mechanism to prevent it from folding up in the middle of the night accidentally. The desk clerk was honest in saying he didn't know. And then he came up to the room to offer to look at the cot to try to figure this out. We appreciated the candor and honesty of the way the service was delivered.
